Rum Cay Sour

A refreshing mix of rum, citrus, and a dash of sweetness for a perfectly balanced sip.
  • 50ml Rum Cay Rum
  • 35ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Fresh Egg White
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  1. Add the first five ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain and pour into a low ball glass
  3. Add the two dashes of bitters on top and enjoy.
