The House of Rum Cay
Rum Cay Rum is inspired by the Aitken family’s life in the Bahamas of the 1970s. Their time in The Bahamas gave them a fresh perspective on life that they never forgot. Once they moved back to Scotland, they named their house Rum Cay to serve as a permanent reminder to embody the values of our family. Drawing on our family’s rich heritage in spirits and the values of Rum Cay, we’ve blended the warmth of Bahamian spice with Scottish distilling traditions to craft the Aitken family spirit.
