Piña Colada

A twist on the classic, blending tropical flavours with warm, rich spices for an unforgettable island experience.
  • 50ml Rum Cay Rum
  • 25ml Coco Re’al coconut cream
  • 110ml Pineapple juice
  • 12.5ml Lime Juice
  • 1 wedge fresh pineapple, plus a couple of leaves to garnish

Measure the first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, then shake hard and strain into a tall glass. Garnish with the pineapple and serve.
