Nonna’s Bahama Mama

The drink behind the picture: our Nonna’s cocktail, reimagined with Rum Cay.

50ml Rum Cay Rum

75ml Pineapple Juice

50ml Orange Juice

25ml Coconut Syrup

15ml Lime Juice

6ml Grenadine

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Take a high-ball glass and fill with ice until you can see a cube above the rim
  3. Shake hard and strain into glass 
  4. Add your grenadine float to the top, approximately 6ml of grenadine (can use a bar spoon to measure)
  5. Add a cherry as garnish, place your straw in the glass and taste The Bahamas!
