An all-day refresher that brings the warmth of a Bahamian morning to you.

25ml Rum Cay Rum

125ml Lipton ice tea of your choice

12.5ml Simple Syrup

1 large lemon wedge

1-2 Dashes Angustura Bitters

  1. Take a high-ball glass, fill with ice to the rim.  
  2. Add the ingredients to the glass in the order they are listed. Make sure to squeeze your lemon wedge into the drink and place the lemon wedge in the glass. 
  3. Stir and enjoy the day.
